Low-carbon steel backing, sintered porous bronze interlayer and a PTFE compound sliding surface. Lead-free, bronze-backed and stainless-backed versions available.

Used in: Textile, printing, hydraulic, gear pumps, shock absorbers, food and pharma machinery.

POM marginal-lubricated bush

DX type · POM polymer-coated bush · SF-2

Steel backing, sintered bronze interlayer and a POM layer with grease indents. Pre-grease once for long service in slow, heavily loaded motion.

Used in: Construction equipment, automotive chassis, forging presses, agricultural machinery.

Bimetal bush

Steel + CuPb10Sn10 bronze lining

Steel backing with a sintered lead-bronze lining. Supplied with diamond indents, circular, spiral or figure-8 oil grooves and lubrication holes.

Used in: Excavator and loader pins, truck suspension, tractor axles, gearboxes.

Wrapped bronze bush

FB090 type · CuSn8 phosphor bronze

Rolled CuSn8 phosphor bronze with diamond lubrication pockets, through-holes or solid lubricant inserts. Thin wall, high load, good corrosion resistance.

Used in: Agricultural and lifting machinery, hydraulic cylinders, construction equipment.

Graphite-plugged bronze bush

Oilless bush · 500SP / JDB type

High-strength cast brass (CuZn25Al5) with embedded solid graphite plugs covering 25–35% of the sliding face. Fully oil-free operation.

Used in: Die and mould guides, steel plants, injection moulding, hydro gates, high-load low-speed pivots.
