Pillow Block Bearing — Zinc Plated Steel
The complete pressed (stamped) steel housing bearing range, zinc plated for corrosion resistance and fitted with wide-inner-ring insert bearings. Light and economical, these units bolt directly to sheet metal, angle frames and timber — the standard choice for conveyors, agricultural implements, fans and light machinery. Browse by series, then open any model for its dimensions, load ratings and downloadable datasheet. For heavy duty loads see our NTN UCP cast-iron pillow blocks and the housed unit overview.

Six housing styles share the same insert bearings, so bore ranges are interchangeable across the range.
2-bolt pressed steel pillow block
The classic zinc-plated pressed steel pillow block. Two-bolt base, stamped from sheet steel and zinc plated for corrosion resistance, fitted with a UC, SB or SA wide-inner-ring insert. Bolts straight onto sheet metal, angle iron or timber frames for light to medium duty conveyor, agricultural and fan drives.
2-bolt oval (rhombus) flange unit
Pressed steel two-bolt oval flange unit. Mounts on the side of a frame or plate with the shaft passing through, giving a compact side-mount alternative to the pillow block with the same insert bearings.
3-bolt triangular flange unit
Pressed steel three-bolt triangular flange unit. The third bolt adds torsional stability where the plate is thin or the drive is belt-loaded, while keeping the same insert bearing and bore range as PFL and PFC.
3-bolt round flange unit
Pressed steel round flange bearing unit, catalogued as SBPF, PF or PFC depending on the maker — SBPF204, PF205, SBPF206 and so on. Three stamped bolt lugs on a circular zinc-plated flange for end-of-shaft mounting on plates and tube frames, fitted with UC, SB or SA wide-inner-ring insert bearings interchangeable with the PFL and PFT ranges.
miniature 2-bolt flange, set screw
Miniature zinc-plated / rustproof alloy two-bolt flange unit for 10–35 mm shafts, locked to the shaft with set screws. Widely used on 3D printers, small conveyors, agricultural implements and light machinery.
miniature 2-bolt flange, eccentric collar
Same miniature two-bolt flange housing as KFL00, but with eccentric collar locking for one-direction rotation drives where a set screw would mark the shaft.

How to select
- Pick the mounting style: base mount (PP), side flange (PFL / PFT) or end-of-shaft round flange (PFC).
- Match the shaft diameter to the bore column — 10 to 45 mm across the range.
- Choose locking: set screw (UC, SB, KFL) for reversing drives, eccentric collar (SA, UFL) for one-direction drives.
- Check the insert bearing load rating against your shaft load, or ask us for a recommendation.
Dimensions are nominal pressed-steel catalogue values. Load ratings shown are the basic ratings of the equivalent insert bearing section and are indicative.
